Delicia Cordon filed a lawsuit last week against her ex-boyfriend LeSean McCoy saying he failed to protect her after she was left bloodied and beaten during a violent home invasion in Atlanta on July 10The ex-girlfriend of Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy has filed a lawsuit against him alleging that he beats his young son and dog as she claims he failed to protect her during a violent home invasion last month.

Delicia Cordon filed the lawsuit on Friday in Fulton County, Georgia alleging that the NFL star would ‘often brutally beat his dog’ and would also ‘aggressively, physically discipline and beat his young son’.

Without blaming McCoy for playing a role in the home invasion, Cordon also accused the 30-year-old of breaching his duty to protect her because he owned the home in Atlanta where the pistol whip robbery occurred in July.

Cordon, who was left bloodied, beaten and had $133,000 worth of jewelry stolen, initially told police she believed McCoy was to blame.

She alleged in the lawsuit that McCoy ‘permitted a hazardous condition to exist’ by installing a new security system and cameras and denying her access to arm the system.

McCoy has previously said he had no involvement in the home invasion and hasn’t had any contact with Cordon in months.
