Tampa Bay Buccaneers defensive end Noah Spence has gained 35 pounds by eating at least nine meals a day that total a whopping 9,000 calories.
The 24-year-old has spent the off season bulking up from 228 pounds to 263 pounds in order to hold up better against the run.
Spence spoke about his extreme new diet, which include seven protein shakes, with ESPN on Tuesday.
His new approach to eating kicked off this year with him consuming nine to 10 meals each day and adding ‘a lot of carbs’ to increase weight and maintain his energy.
