Troubled Cowboys star Greg Hardy makes stripper-laden rap video firing back at ‘haters’

A rap music video featuring strippers, gunfire sound effects and marijuana imagery has surfaced on YouTube featuring troubled NFL star Greg Hardy.

The Dallas Cowboys defensive end made the video for the song I’m Just Me in late 2014 after he was found guilty of two counts of domestic violence, according to TMZ.

The 280-pound athlete appealed the case and his conviction was overturned in 2015 after the alleged victim refused to testify against him in court.

While missing most of the 2014 season, Hardy collaborated with rapper Jā Alan to record the song, which he can be heard lashing out at his ‘haters’ and brags that he’ll never get ‘played’ by a woman ever again.

‘It’ll be a cold day in hell before your girl tries to play me,’ Hardy raps.

‘What you see is what you get. I’m just me, I’m just real, and that’s what I do.’

The music video, that’s been watched on YouTube over 50,000 times, features the two men surrounded by strippers with $100 bills hanging from their g-string underwear, fog-infused lighting, luxury cars and piles of luminous rims.

In the song, Hardy can be heard declaring to his critics: ‘What you see is what you get. I’m just me, I’m just real, and that’s what I do.’

In addition, a chorus of gunfire rings out prior to Hardy rapping his verse on the song.

Hardy returned to the playing field this week after serving his four-game suspension from the NFL.

During a press conference on Tuesday, Hardy was asked about how difficult the last year has been for him.

‘It’s hard to get sacks when you’re not on the football field,’ Hardy answered in the Cowboys’ locker room at Valley Ranch.

‘That’s my main purpose in football, to get back there and get sacks and make a difference on the team.

‘And I wasn’t able to do that. It was a process mentally for myself.’

Hardy was also asked how long he expects it to take him to return to his Pro Bowl self.

‘I hope not long. I hope I come out guns blazin’. I’m full of excitement and full of juice,’ Hardy answered.
