PINELLAS COUNTY — On March 12, Community Health Centers of Pinellas will be taking walk-ups at three locations for COVID-19 vaccines for qualified individuals:
- Pre-K-12 teachers and childcare workers of any age (must bring school identification along with Florida driver’s license/ identification and insurance card*)
- Firefighters and law enforcement 50 years or older (must bring badge along with Florida driver’s license/identification and insurance card*)
- Anyone 65 years old or older (must bring Florida driver’s license/ identification or proof of Florida residency along with insurance card*)
- Vulnerable populations 18 years and older (must bring Florida driver’s license/ identification or proof of Florida residency, insurance card* and prescription form/doctor’s note completed by your provider)
- Healthcare personnel with direct patient contact (must bring company badge/proof of employment along with Florida driver’s license/ identification and insurance card*)
Participating Community Health Centers of Pinellas centers:
- Johnnie Ruth Clarke Center – 1344 22nd St. S
- Pinellas Park – 7550 43rd St. N
- Clearwater Center – 707 Druid Road E
The walk-up vaccination shots were also offered on Thursday.
*You do not have to have insurance to receive a vaccine. Vaccines are provided at no cost to the patient.
