This conference picks up where our two previous conferences, Equity Amid Crisis and Actors, Allies, and Accomplices, left off. From Talking to Doing is built on the idea that communities are comprised of people. People develop policy and create institutions. If the goal is to mitigate then eliminate systemic, institutional bias, then that process begins and ends with people. Embracing our collective humanity is key.
