Work one-on-one with Nycole Ezell to build out your brand, marketing strategy or ad campaigns.

ST. PETERSBURG — Nycole Ezell said that she didn’t choose to start a business providing advertising services and coaching.
“I’d have to say that it chose me,” she related.
It started innocently enough. Ezell began running social media ads for her business, which she started before becoming a marketing coach. Ezell admits that she didn’t realize how much time the marketing part of business could take.
But she started having a bit of success with her ads, targeting the right people, getting responses and making money. People noticed and wanted her to show them how they could do the same in their business.
“I teach strategy, so your advertisements are converting,” she said. “Anybody can run an ad, but not everyone can run a good ad that generates a profit.”
The 32-year-old said her training focuses on running paid ads on the Meta platform. Meta is a social media conglomerate that includes Facebook and Instagram.
She admits that at first, she didn’t realize that her talent for converting ads to profit was a career until it was clear that people were willing to pay to learn the “tricks of the trade.”
“It’s high-level advertising strategies,” she said. “I equip my clients to be able to run the ad platform for their business. Solopreneurs, small business owners, maybe someone still working a 9 to 5 need the tools to scale their business. They would rather learn the strategies to run the ads themselves.”
Ezell walks her clients through the process, ensuring that by the end, they are confident in their ability to advertise more strategically — choosing the right way to convert ads to revenue.
“If I can teach them the strategy behind it, the blueprint, that secret sauce that people don’t share publicly, then they have the information for themselves, and everybody wins,” the entrepreneur said.
A service mindset has always been a part of Ezell. Sharing her knowledge and expertise with others is her happy place. Sharing her knowledge and expertise with others is her happy place. She enjoys the work, even acting as a marketing consultant for the Saturday Shoppes.
In that role, she assists in making sure people know about the benefits Saturday Shoppes offer. She said working with any client is fulfilling, and she takes pride in the help she can provide.
“I love it when I am able to provide clarity for my client, she stated. “I love seeing their ‘aha moment’ when the light bulb goes off, and they realize this is why things are done a certain way. We dive into so many different areas of their business to bring it all together, so they understand how it all works.”
While her career as a coach seemed to happen organically, she understands the struggle that comes with being a small business owner. But she said no matter how you get there, don’t be afraid to give entrepreneurship a try.
“Trust the process,” Ezell explained. “Everyone’s journey is so unique and so different. We often compare ourselves to social media or what we see the influencers doing on social media. You can get discouraged comparing yourself to others.”
Ezell is no stranger to failure and tells everyone that it’s part of the growth process.
“The first event I ever did, my cousin’s ex was the only one to attend,” Ezell stated. “If I had stopped there, I wouldn’t be here. Your friends and your family are often not your target audience. You have to step out of your comfort zone. Yes, you may fail; that is inevitable, but you have to keep going. When you fail, you get back up and make sure you’ve learned from it.”
