Smooth Breeze Music Festival 3-day weekend featuring Fanta-C

TAMPA — The Smooth Breeze Music Festival Weekend will kick off Friday, March 31 with Too Smooth’s 20th Annual Birthday Bash hosted by Chicago Queen of Blues Nelly “Tiger” Travis at Bounce Boy Event Factory, 5008 E. 10th Ave. in Tampa.

Saturday, April 1 the festival will be hosted by comedian Terry Harris, featuring R&B artists Christopher Williams, Chubb Rock, Urban Mystic, Fanta-C with blues singer Nelly “Tiger “Travis and DJ Doctor Doom at the Water Works Park, 1710 N. Highland in Tampa.

The last day of the festival, Sunday April 2, get your giggle on with comedians T-Ray from BET Comic View, Marvin Hunter from Bounce TV’s “Off The Chain” and Batman from right here in St. Pete will be headlining at Bounce Boy Event Factory in Tampa.

The sensational R&B group Fanta-C has been performing for over 20 years.  The singing trio comprise of Ray, Tony and Dorian.  The three members were born and raised in St. Pete and have been performing since the age of 13.

Fanta CFanta-C has opened up for such national acts as Keith Sweat, Silk, Jagged Edge, Charlie Wilson, Frankie Beverly and Maze, just to name a few.  These young men have a wealth of lyrical talents created through their soulful vocals sounds.

Their first hit song “Secret Fantasy” known for its memorable lyrics that constitute a fantasy for their future albums.  Their latest album will be released this fall and will feature current hit single “Help Save Me.”

Providing mesmerized performances all over the bay area, Fanta-C has earned a well-deserved fan base and following.  This group truly revives the soulful R&B flavor of the 80s and 90s, while adding a new millennium twist.
