Soul and Sophistication

ST. PETERSBURG – The culmination of this year’s Tampa Bay Black Heritage Festival was an invitation only party held at the University of South Florida.

Harbor Hall was transformed into a mini ballroom that hosted community heroes from multiple walks of life. Music ranged from old school funk to trap rhythms.

Approximately 50 people attended the event that marked a second year of African-American heritage in St. Pete.
