Appreciation program for former WRXB staff members

ST. PETERSBURG — The community is cordially invited to the Love and Appreciation Program for former staff members of Praise 1590 AM WRXB. Marketing Representative Cynthia Allen, radio personalities Michael Walker and Sister Dianne Hughes are departing from the station.

The event will take place at 4 p.m. this Sat., Jan 9 at Faith Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, 1800 18th Ave. S, St. Petersburg, with Pastor Martin Rainey.

Featuring the award winning Miami Blessed Male Group and local recording artist Natasha Cash, there is a freewill donation of $10 at the door.

Sister Dianne Hughes’ Appreciation Program will be held at Mt. Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, 4000 5th Ave. S, Sun., Jan. 31, at 4:30 p.m. This event will feature Rev. Fleming Tarver and the Original Florida Spiritualaires, The Mighty Sons of Zion, The Sensational Singers, The Commanders, Fifth Avenue Church of Christ’s Harmony Singers and many more.

Everyone is invited to attend both events to show love and appreciation for the former staff members of Praise 1590 AM WRXB.
