ST. PETERSBURG — Gibbs High School is in the formative stage of creating a permanent museum. The museum’s mission will be to preserve, present, and honor the historical legacy of the school and its impact on the local community’s educational, social and cultural enrichment.

The vision of the Jonathan C. Gibbs History Museum will be to touch the lives of all who have come through its doors in the past and honor its commitment to strengthening connections for future generations.

This includes yearbooks (1927-1979), trophies, awards, cheerleading, majorette outfits, items from homecoming or prom during your time at Gibbs, and athletic uniforms or gear that help preserve Gibbs High School’s spirit.
