PINELLAS COUNTY – The Pinellas County Government is seeking your input on the county’s ARPA Nonprofits Capital Projects Grant Program, which the Pinellas County Board approved of County Commissioners on Jan. 11.
This $19 million program is funded with the county’s Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds through the American Rescue Plan Act. It will support the county’s nonprofit community as we recover from the COVID-19 public health emergency.
The program’s goal is to help address systemic public health and economic challenges which, for certain populations, have been exacerbated by the pandemic and contributed to the pandemic’s unequal impact.
In support of this goal, the county’s program will enable selected nonprofits to purchase capital assets that have a useful life of greater than five (5) years. Potential eligible capital asset costs may include, but are not limited to:
- Vehicles
- Equipment
- Land
- Buildings
- Facility upgrades
- Refrigerators
- Solar Panels
The input you provide will help inform the program’s design and supports the county’s efforts to help ensure equity and inclusiveness. The following survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete, and you will not be required to provide additional information.
The survey will be open through Jan. 26 at 5 p.m. EST.
To respond to the survey in English, please complete our Pinellas County Nonprofit Needs Assessment.
