Equally as crucial to its commitment to fresh food access, One Community Grocery Co-op recognizes the importance of cultural enrichment and creative expression in community development. Led by master drummer Malick Faye, the drumming program cultivates musical skills and promotes collaboration, resilience, and a sense of belonging among participants. It takes place monthly at different community locations.
